Delete your Story Sprinkle account

You can delete your Story Sprinkle account and the data tied to it at any time. Here is how.

Delete it in the app

1. Sign in to the Story Sprinkle app on iPhone or Android, or on the web at app.storysprinkle.com.
2. Open the Account screen.
3. Tap Delete Account (at the bottom of the screen on the web) and confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your stories
• Your kid profiles
• Photos and avatars, including any used for training
• Voice samples

Deletion is permanent. We cannot bring your account or stories back afterwards.

Subscriptions

• Bought in the App Store or Google Play: deleting your account does not cancel these. Please cancel in the store yourself, using Apple's subscription instructions or Google Play's subscription instructions.
• Bought on the web: these are cancelled when you delete your account.

Can't use the app?

Email us at [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will process your request within 30 days.
